This is ultra-premium forage-finished prime lamb, undocked and sexually intact. Absolutely no grain or hormones fed or administered, and pharmaceuticals are only administered in extreme situations. We aim for zero-pharma production. Locally processed at Kalapooia Grassfed, USDA inspected, shrink-wrapped packaging in our own Naked Grazing cut/wrap list. (Not customizable.)
We estimate these to finish around 100 lbs. on the hoof, and yield around 50%, so 22-25 lbs. of frozen meat for a half lamb, or 44-50 lbs. for a whole lamb. These are sold by the half or whole package rather than by weight. These will be slaughtered in April and May, exact dates TBA.
