We estimate these to finish at 90-100 lbs. on the hoof, and yield around 50%, so 22-25 lbs. of frozen meat for a half lamb, or 44-50 lbs. for a whole lamb. These are sold by the half or whole package rather than by weight, but are approximately $11/lb. These will be slaughtered in July, exact date TBA.
